Our Story

Born and raised in Palermo, Sicily. Salvatore has been immersed in the life of a family kitchen and the foods of his homeland for all of his life.

His career has been a journey of culinary excellence working in the kitchens of exquisite restaurants, homely to sophisticated, and onto high end catering - even working with the Minardi Formula One racing team.

Since then it's been a life of food and family working as an executive chef in a variety of kitchens and environments - including the kitchen at home!

Salvatore is best known for catering for the people of Cheshire in his previous restaurants.
